It was a pleasure to attend the commissioning of the M/V Capt. Almer Dinsmore in Rockland.
This is no ordinary boat. It’s the Maine State Ferry Service’s first electric-hybrid vessel.
It’s also a great example of how the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law continues to make real, transformative impacts.
